Passionfruit mojito 

Perfect for cocktails, smoothies and summer drinks.

What do I need?

• 20ml SHOTT passionfruit
• 15ml SHOTT sugar syrup
• Half a lime cut into wedges
• 8 mint leaves
• Ice
• Garnish: fresh mint

Method 

1. Muddle together the lime wedges and the SHOTT sugar syrup in a glass.
2. Add the mint leaves and gently muddle again.
3. Fill the glass with Ice.
